Highlights from 2016 Inaugural Year

From 2016, the inaugural year for The Art of Sustainability.

Kinetic art consisted of beautiful large-scale sculptures which move in response to the environment – driven by wind, water or solar energy – that encouraged us to think about environmental issues and sustainability. This remains the goal of the event – to use this art and world-renowned speakers to engage the local community in dialogue about issues of sustainability.

“One of Palm Bay’s greatest assets is its unspoiled, natural environment and proximity to the Indian River Lagoon,” said Palm Bay Mayor William Capote. “This event will provoke debate around issues surrounding the Lagoon, while highlighting Palm Bay’s assets.”
